Microsoft sends invitations to its MWC 2015 event on March 2, could unveil Lumia 1330

The invite doesn’t quite give away what the company has in store for the event. The only thing mentioned in the invite is the tagline, “Come along for the ride,” alongside an image of hot air balloon. Recent reports however suggest that the company could take the wraps off Lumia 1330, the successor to last year’s 6-inch Nokia Lumia 1320. From what we’ve heard so far, the Lumia 1330 features a 5.7-inch HD display, a 14-megapixel rear camera and 32GB internal storage. Additionally, it is also believed to include a 5-megapixel selfie camera, a quad-core processor, Adreno 305 GPU and 1GB of RAM. Last year, Nokia had launched its Nokia X lineup of handsets. The phone ran on a forked version of Android and didn’t include Google Mobile Services. But later in the same year, Microsoft ditched the project. Samsung Unpacked Event is on March 1 at MWC 2015

Samsung has finally revealed the date for its next Unpacked Event. The company has confirmed that its next and first Unpacked event of 2015 will be on March 1 in Barcelona, at this year’s Mobile World Congress. Samsung teased the event with a tagline “What’s Next.” The company has also started sending invites to media. Well, we don’t know what Samsung is planning to unveil at this event. But as per rumors, we might see Samsung’s next flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S6 at this event. But according to this teaser invite it appears like Samsung might unveil the next Galaxy Note Edge Smartphone. As you can clearly see the silhouette of the Galaxy Note Edge. Samsung Galaxy S6 expected to launch at Mobile World Congress 2015

As the Mobile World Congress (MWC) approaches closer, the news about Samsung’s next flagship device – the Galaxy S6 – have started coming in. According to a report in The Times of India, the Samsung Galaxy S6 is expected to be released by the end of March. There has been no official confirmation from Samsung about this, but industry sources claim that Galaxy S6 will be unveiled at MWC which is scheduled from March 2-6 in Barcelona and will be out by March end. Samsung hasn’t had a great 2014, as it saw a 23.2% drop in its annual net profit numbers. The Galaxy S5 did not perform as well as Samsung would have expected and in order to make up for it, Samsung announced its metal-bodied Galaxy Alpha series as well as theGalaxy A series of phones. Microsoft to Launch Two New Lumia phones running on Windows 10 at Mobile World Congress 2015

The Nokia acquisition should have led Microsoft to come up with a flagship device of its own, however, the tech biggie chose to continue offering budget Windows devices. The Redmond based company has launched quite a few entry and mid-level Lumia smartphones, but nothing that could challenge the higher end Android or iOS devices. However, recent reports suggest that  Microsoft may be looking to launch two new Lumia smartphones at the Mobile World Congress 2015  (MWC 2015), which  will be held at Barcelona this year from March 2-5 . Sources suggest that these new smartphones will once again be an entry-level and a mid-level device. From whatever little we know, both the Lumia smartphones  will run on Windows 10 OS .
